Unmatched 5-Year Warranty

Sofanetic offers an exceptional five-year warranty on selected furniture products, underscoring their durability and timeless appeal. As the only brand in the country providing such extensive coverage for both home and office furniture, we ensure you can enjoy your pieces without worry.

Claims and Representations

All Sofanetic products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. However, in the rare event of a defect, we provide a five-year repair warranty starting from the invoice date. For the first year, repairs are free of charge. For the remaining four years, repairs will be customer-paid, including any component costs. The warranty period for repaired products will not exceed the original warranty.

Natural Variations

Wood and leather are natural materials with unique characteristics such as color, texture, grains, and natural imperfections. Minor variations in color or texture are normal and acceptable. Wood may expand or contract with changing climates, and leather may develop natural creases or folds. Sofanetic makes every effort to minimize these natural occurrences but cannot guarantee complete elimination.

Tolerance

Products are made with a tolerance of (+/- 10mm) in dimensions. Variations in seating comfort are normal and reflect natural characteristics of materials used. Differences in hardness or softness do not indicate poor workmanship.

Warranty Exceptions

Sofanetic does not provide a warranty for:

– Rocking chairs, bean bags, pillows, decor, accessories, handles, shelves, electrical components, or similar items
– Products made from marble, glass, stone, plastic, or fiber, unless explicitly stated
– Defects or damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
– Damage due to accidents, acts of God, misuse, or incorrect handling/installation
– Products sold at discounted prices, unless stated otherwise
– Damage from improper storage, handling, or installation
– Failure to follow care instructions

Robust 3-Year Warranty: Pure by Sofanetic

For “Pure” by Sofanetic furniture, we offer a robust three-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects from the invoice date. Free repairs are available for the first year. For the remaining two years, repairs will be customer-paid. The warranty period for repaired products will not exceed the original warranty.

Extensive 10-Year Warranty: Wink Mattresses

Our Wink Mattresses come with a superior ten-year warranty, ensuring years of restful sleep. We maintain meticulous standards from production to delivery, resulting in unparalleled quality and craftsmanship.

Warranty Up to 1 Year From Delivery

Within one year of delivery, if the mattress thickness reduces by more than 10%, Sofanetic will replace it. If the mattress is unavailable, a similar substitute or a refund will be provided.

Warranty After 1 Year From Delivery

After one year, no mattress exchanges will be made. Instead, Sofanetic will offer a prorated refund based on the mattress’s depreciated value. The refund amount decreases with each year of use.

Costs of Transport and Insurance

Customers are responsible for transportation and insurance costs during the replacement process.

Warranty Exceptions

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages from misuse, or any issues beyond intended use. Excluded are minor imperfections, stains, mold, or changes from misuse.

Claims and Representations – Wink Mattresses

To initiate a claim, submit a written description and photographs of the issue, along with proof of purchase. The technical team will inspect the mattress before accepting the claim.

Limitation of Liability

Sofanetic’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the mattress and does not cover indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Disputes under this warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.

Each piece of our furniture undergoes rigorous testing for safety, durability, and performance. Certifications are available upon request.
